For young learners, we have launched Madinah Madrassah, a weekly Arabic school on Saturdays that will enable them to read, write, converse in and understand Arabic. The programme provides top-tier teaching from a trained educator and language specialist in a structured and regular environment. Classes are stimulating and motivating, and the language is taught using the context of religion, since the Quran and other Islamic texts are used as references and teaching points. Madinah Madrassa are taught by native Arab speakers and qualified trained teachers.
We teach a range of courses in our madrasah. All of these courses are designed to equip children with the basic knowledge they need to learn the Arabic language and Quran.
Subjects we teach:
Arabic: Students practise reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Qa’idah: Students learn how to read/improve their reading of the Quran.
Quran: This session will be dedicated to memorising some of the shorter surahs from the end of the Quran and al-Fatiha.
Islamic Studies: Lessons will cover a different area of knowledge, Aqeedah, worship and morals and manners. All the lessons are based on hadith of the Prophet Muhammad.
All lessons consist of class learning, independent writing activities, independent reading activities & some individual time with the teacher.
