Complete beginner: no Arabic knowledge needed. You will start from the very first letter of the alphabet.
You can already read and write Arabic: you can join letters and read vowelised text. You are ready to start building proper grammar and vocabulary.
You have completed Level 2 or have an equivalent grounding in Arabic grammar and can read joined vowelised text comfortably.
You have completed Level 3 or hold an equivalent intermediate Arabic and Islamic Studies qualification.
