Level 1: Foundation
Complete beginner: no Arabic knowledge needed. You will start from the very first letter of the alphabet.
The Foundation year is your starting point for both Arabic Language and Islamic Studies. No prior knowledge is required. Using Gateway to Arabic Books 1 & 2, you will learn to read and write Arabic from scratch, build foundational grammar, and gain a clear understanding of the basics of Islamic belief and practice. The Foundation class runs on two different days - men attend on Saturdays from 1:30pm, women on Sundays from 11:00am.
